Dungeon Lootr has player EXP (cap 225) and separate class EXP. Level fastest by clearing the hardest dungeon you can finish, and stack VIP (+15%), Premium Plus (+5% player, +10% class) and the Double EXP passes.

Dungeon Lootr leveling guide
Player EXP raises your level toward 225. Class EXP levels each class separately and unlocks things like Unrestricted (Honored One level 25). Run the highest difficulty you can clear without dying; fast, full clears give the best EXP per minute.
